Yummy Fall Soup

I got this recipie from a friend's crock pot blog. I made a bunch of changes to accomidate what I actually had in my cabinets and it turned out really, really well!!

2 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups medium salsa
3 cups organic chicken broth
1 can garbanzo beans
1 lb. kielbasa sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Red bell pepper diced
4-5 medium tomatoes diced (or 1 can of diced tomatoes)
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried cilantro

Put everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Yum! I made some cornbread and a veggie tray to go with it.
