What I use coconut oil for:
Add 2 heaping spoonfuls to our pot of oatmeal
As the oil for popping popcorn
To replace butter in cooking
On toast at breakfast
In scrambled eggs
To saute veggies
Works great for diaper rash...even yeast.
Lotion for baby's or kids with sensitive skin
And much more!

i only have a small jar that i've used in baking projects a few times in place of butter. want to make the shift but am chicken about using it all the time. i love some of the ideas you listed and will give it a whirl. :)
