My heartburn has gotten bad enough that I can no longer have pizza of spaghetti.  This is what I made for myself when my family was having those things.  Lots of green leaf lettuce that I bought and cut myself, a tomato, 1/2 an avocado, some mozzarella cheese chunks, leftover black bean dip and lite lime dressing.  Wonderful...just as good as any salad at a restaurant. 

This is what I came downstairs to Sunday morning.  Q is browning sausage and Thea is cracking all the eggs.  I was so glad he let her help.

Our back yard is not shaded at all so we had been talking about getting a shelter for it.  However, they're expensive!  Coming home from church we saw this one in someone's front yard with a "free" sign on it.  We were so thankful!!
