and I find myself thinking about this day 8 years ago. At this time I was walking back and forth in our tiny apartment because I'd read that if contractions aren't real they'll stop if you get up and walk around. Well, they sure didn't stop! I am wishing that I could do a post with everything from maternity pictures to labor and delivery to now, but the movers have taken all my photo albums.
However, I'm remembering his fourth birthday with this post...and thankful I put up pictures from each year until then! Apparently I missed blogging about birthdays 5,6, and but did this post for his 7th birthday. It's kind of funny, but I remember wanting to blog about those birthday that I did not, but a quick blog just did not seem sufficient. I have so much emotion about his birthdays and how much I love him, that I just can't jot it down quick and do it justice.
I plan on doing a another blog with birthday pictures of the day and about what he's doing now. Wow, I just can't believe he's 8!! We have some big plans today, mostly revolving around what we will eat each meal LOL, and I'm excited to get it started. We love you, Ashton. You are such a blessing and a joy to all of us.
