Handmade Christmas

'"coupons" for the boys to spend.  probably is their favorite gift.

I spent a lot of time copying our families favorite recipes onto note cards to make this cook book for Quintin.  He loves to cook and I wanted to make sure he can always take our favorite food with him.  I also added bible verses.

I quickly made and laminated these bookmarks for my book lovers.

This will be something fun to do while her brothers and sisters are taking hip hop

Embroidery kit for Thea.  I drew designs on some white fabric and brought her her own needle, hoop and floss.
I forgot to get a picture, but I made Landon a science kit with a laminated e-book of kids science experiments and the supplies needed for them.  He loves it and asks to do the experiments all the time.

I am trying to worry less about how much money I put into a gift and more about how much heart I put into it.  I hope to make a lot more gifts as time goes on!  None of these gifts are especially flashy or would be worth of pinterest, but my children loved them and I am so thankful I could make something special just for them.
