Fitness Friday

It's been a long time since I've written about exercise and all.  Most recently I've started Jillian's Michael's 30 Day Shred.  I finished day 5 and am feeling great.  The first day was soooo painful.  I was shaking through the whole thing and thought I was going to die.  The following day I could hardly walk down the stairs and was in a lot of pain.  However, by day 3 I was able to get through the workout and not even be sore the next day.  How encouraging that is!  Today I also started to track my calories again and hope that with a combination of exercise and healthy eating I can get back on the right track. 

FYI-you can find level on the the Shred on YouTube for free.  That's what I'm using now and will buy the DVD for $8 here soon.
