When we were living in VA for a few months, I was really good about exercising each day either in the morning or during nap time. When we moved here I expected to continue, but things were so crazy it didn't happen. After about a month and a half off, I've started working out again. When we got here to RI I know I gained back some of the weight I had lost. It was pretty depressing! With eating out all the time while living in a hotel and not being able to exercise it was bound to happen. However, when I got the scale back (finally) I found that I had kept some of it off. I have lost 15 pounds since we left Ohio and hope to lose 20 more. Right now the goal is to loose 8 pounds by August 8th. We'll see how it goes! It's a struggle to get back into eating healthy! It's just so hard for me. That's no excuse, however, so here we go.
The Plan:
Exercise 6 days a week. (turbo jam and abs workout 4-5 days and sculpting 1-2 days)
No eating after dinner, except for dessert twice a week.
Weigh myself once a week...on Mondays
No snacks from the NEX, commissary, Walmart, etc.
Measure out my food with each meal to help with portion control
Eat slowing and chew each bit 20 times.
We shall see how it goes!
