Ashton is 9!

Pointing at the groceries for his party.

Tomato basil pasta salad

Army birthday cupcakes

Grandma gave him a digital photo frame to use with his camera.  He loves it.  The boys figured out quickly it would play videos off their camera so they have been making hilarious movies to watch.

Star Wars ship from the Garrison's.
We had a great time!  I had not hosted a b-day party for any of our children since Q turned 7.  This year we decided to invite a couple of wonderful families we have met here in Hawaii.  Next time I will just bring some grapes and strawberries and order pizza!  All the veggies and fruits were great, but a lot of work and we had a ton of leftovers.  However, we were able to eat on them all week so that was a great thing.

Happy birthday, Buddy!
