Picture Day

Today we took Gideon to the Picture People to have his pictures made for the first time.  I love having pictures taken of the kids when they are babies.  They always turn out so cute!  We ran to the Old Navy before hand and I picked out a super cute outfit for him.  It cost $20, WAY more than I ever spend for an outfit, but it was for pictures!  Too bad the pictures did not work out at all.  I'm not sure if it was the photographer, the poses, or Gideon, but none of the pictures were good!  Dan and I took some pictures with him and the ones they chose to show us had us with our eyes half closed, mouth open, etc.  It was frustrating since we had spent the entire afternoon at the mall.  Oh well.  We didn't buy any (just got the free 8x10) and called it a day.  I think I'll try and get some cute pictures in his new outfit after church tomorrow.

To prove that I have a super cute, smiley baby, I took these pictures right when we got in the car to go home.  Isn't he adorable???

 It took me approximately 2 1/2 minutes to get 5 cute pictures of him.  Can we say, "mini Dan"???
