First Day of Preschool!!!

We had a blast starting preschool today.  A friend on facebook mentioned that they were going to start the little ones on school first and then work out the olders.  I thought that was a brilliant idea.  So often the little ones don't get to do as much fun school as the olders do and this way I can kind of "secure" their time.  Preschool is my favorite age to teach so this is such a treat for me.  here's a peek at what we did today.

 We're thrilled to be using Five in a Row for our curriculum this year.  I have such fond memories of using it with the boys and I'm so thankful to have found this.  It's gentle, fun and encourages them to love reading!  Our first week uses the book Ping. 

We had so much fun. I look forward to a great year of preschool!
