I've taken awhile off from sewing while we moved in and got settled. We're now moved in, but not really settled. I've kind of given up on doing much with this house due to it's size and shape and figured I should just go on with life and quit worrying about it. Our former traveling nanny Eryn is expecting a little GIRL and I'm thrilled to sew for her. Eryn plans to use cloth dipes and needs something for the newborn stage. Hooray, newborn dipes are the cutest and most fun to make!
Here's how far I've gotten.
I picked up some receiving blankets for 50 cents each at the base thrift store.
I cut out and diapers and pieced them together and cut up some of our microfiber towels to use as soakers inside. Can't wait to see how they look finished!
